Into The Night
Its the year 2392. Man has finally mastered space exploration and colonization. Just in the brink of time to, the earths population is to large to be supported by one planet so we are expanding our reach beyond even our solar system. The first wave of colonizations took place over three years ago and was successful, now its time for one of a much larger scale. All over the world hundreds of ships forming convoys and taking off for new worlds and distant solar systems.
As a member of these excursion you have been promised many things, Wealth, adventure, a new start. But all is not as it seems. There are three ships that never reached their destination. Three ships whose whereabouts were never discovered, and who's ill fated crews and passengers were lost, forgotten and abandon.
The SEI Serenity, The SEI Sierra and their military escort the USSC Vanguard all dissapeared without a trace less then a mouth after departing earth, no search was ever mounted, there was no public out cry, only letters to their family informing them that their loved ones would not be returning home.

You are a member of this ill fated group, for unknown reasons most key systems aboard all ships malfunctioned causing the ships to veer of coarse and drift deep into space. By the time the crew woke from cryo sleep the ships were already thousands of miles of coarse and drifting aimlessly, To avoid panic and protect the passengers the crew of the ship kept them in cryo as they tried to restore the ships systems, they failed. All three ships were caught in a small planets gravitational pull and crash landed at various points on its surface, all crew who were out of cryo are missing and assumed dead.
Three weeks after the crash people begin to awake, confusion sets in among them and many go to look for help, they never come back. At night if you listen carefully you can hear their distant screams.
This is where your story starts, you are one of the few passenger or crew members aboard one of these three ships who has woken to find themselves stranded on this deadly planet. Will you peace together the mistery of this world or will you simply seek shelter or escape. Either way the chances for survival are slim. Good luck.
